This is the view from our back door of the condo at Aquabay. It was just awesome- just steps away from the pool and beach.

The Turtle Farm...

We had a blast at the Turtle Farm. They have thousands of green sea turtles that they farm. Some are released back into the ocean and a few ... well... they make really good stews there I hear!

We even went to Hell!

Hell is a very very small little town (barely) in Grand Cayman that boasts some interesting land formations that appear somewhat hellish. So they made it into a tourist trap! It was a short jaunt by the Turtle Farm, so what the Hell!

Stingray City

Stingray City (or in this case, Stingray Sandbar) is a bizarre attraction that is amazing to behold! Tons of extremely large and unbelievably friendly stingrays (stingers intact) swim about, rubbing on your body like a kitty cat does. It's quite creepy, but cool. Adrienne was a little take aback by it all!

Snorkle boy!

Michael is a natural in the ocean! We were amazed how fearless he is! He loved Stingray City even more than all the snorkel trips we went on!

Rum Point was so much fun. We snorkeled and even saw a large sea turtle swimming around with us! Here's Michael climbing one of the more friendly iguanas there!

Swabbing the deck on the Jolly Roger

The pirate cruise... the kids were swabbing the deck... It was unbelievable watching them work so hard at cleaning up!

Tied to the Mast!

The kids were tied to the mast by the not-so-nasty pirates and drenched with ice cold water! Here's Michael looking surprisingly compliant!

Girls just wanna have fun !

The girls got a turn! Adrienne was very lucky to have one of her school/neighborhood buddies in Grand Cayman when we got there! They got to be tied together!

A restful hammock !

It was so relaxing in the hammock! Early morning coffee and tea by the water was fabulous. The sun rises very early there. At about 5:30am it was light out. Since no one else was usually up, I got to have some nice quiet time early morning.

Dining out at Pappagallo!

We really loved the restaurant Pappagallo. It's by a small lake/marsh slightly inland. It was incredible. They had lots of cool parrots that kept the kids company while Jim and I enjoyed some wonderful conversation and wine. Dinner was so fabulous, we went back again after we found a babysitter!
